Does Keto Coffee Help You Lose Weight?

Having a cup of coffee every morning is a routine that many like. It can even be added to a keto diet. Black coffee, for example, has almost no calories and carbohydrates, making it diet-friendly. However, other types of coffees that include milk or sugar cannot be ingested.

The most common keto coffee options include butter, MCT oil, ghee, coconut oil, or heavy cream. If you’re not a fan of natural coffee, you can also add some keto creamer, like heavy cream or whole coconut milk. You can even add some sugar-free syrup.

Keto coffee helps in fat burning, therefore, it can reduce the measures. Keto coffee is an ingredient in the keto diet because the goal of the weight loss diet is the result of your body producing ketones from your body fat.

Dr. Natalia Ribé explains that diets that replace essential foods with anything else can initially make you lose weight, but in the long run the yo-yo effect will appear.

Keto coffee increases fat burning, which gives the added side effects of relatively rapid weight loss because the dieter feels fuller, fighting cravings for unhealthy food and drink.

“The truth is that there is no independent study that corroborates these supposed benefits,” clarifies the pharmacist and nutritionist Elisa Escorihuela.
