Thirty-five Russian prisoners of warfare had been exchanged with Ukraine and returned to Russia following negotiations, in line with the Russian Ministry of Protection.
“On November 23, on account of the negotiation course of, 35 Russian servicemen had been returned from the territory managed by the Kyiv regime, who had been in mortal hazard in captivity,” a press release from the Russian Ministry of Protection mentioned.
“Plane of the navy transport aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces will transport the launched servicemen to Moscow for remedy and rehabilitation at medical establishments of the Russian Protection Ministry,” it mentioned.
All these launched will likely be given medical and psychological help, the Ministry of Protection mentioned.
Earlier, Denis Pushilin, the chief of the separatist Donetsk area, mentioned on his Telegram channel that Russia and Ukraine performed a prisoner alternate in line with the system “35 for 35.”
